Etutorconnect is seeking a highly motivated IT intern with a passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. We currently have openings in full-time 3-month training program.. Please send your resume for the application.

Our IT intern program will provide you with the opportunity to design and implement new or modified software products or ongoing business projects.

Placed in small teams, you will be responsible for Tech support for the main teams, study, and read the documentation on CRM systems we will be using for current projects. Brainstorm ways to make processes less tedious and stressful for other members. Contribute new development tools and technical stacks with hands-on development projects and develop quality assurance procedures.

Please if you have the relevant experience and/or knowledge, once we develop projects to assign, we will test those and involve those who are qualified to be on the projects.

• Researching, designing, implementing, and developing software systems
• Identifying areas for modification and improvement in existing infrastructure and subsequently developing these modifications
• Determining operational practicality
• Learning about various business departments for IT support
• Handle all daily IT related issues / tasks
• Create and analyze reports from various data sources
• Prepare meeting rooms for conferences
• Participating in group and individual research to aid system improvements
• Learning new development tools and technical stacks with hands-on development projects
• Ensuring data storage is safe and secure and accessible.
• Creating and maintaining new users and groups in Active Directory

• Must be available to do remote full-time work Monday - Friday
• Working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, business information systems or a related field; recent grads who are within 6 months of graduation are also eligible to apply
• Personally passionate about the information technology / computer science field.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong object-oriented design skills, coupled with a deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• Proficiency in Office 365 Application Suite: including but not limited to Outlook, Teams, Planner, Excel,
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and social skills
• Build tools for internal use to support software engineering best practices
• Produce and maintain useful and usable documentation of work
• Understanding Power Apps, and Power Automation
• Know how to Troubleshooting connectivity issue (WiFi)
• Able and willing to create “How Tos” for process, and procedures.
• Understand the variety of Video Conference platforms and be willing to go deeper in supporting them internally
